ive seen some chefs use much more bright yellow flames for cooking on. what would they use bright yellow flames stoves for which are not as hot

Whoa...that must be tiring for the arms to hold that heavy wok and toss the rice that quick. Such a cooking job like that, it requires strong arms for heavy duties...

Woks aren't heavy of they're made out of thin cast iron or carbon steel.
