@Napoleon40000 I cannot prove JC is the son of God- it is based upon faith. Faith is something we all have and use. People that base scientific method on mathmetical postulates are using faith. People that feel evolution is 100% absolute are basing their belief on something that has a lot of holes in it. This is faith. Popes are men that used religion (in some cases) to project personal power. This is not God. I do not whorship the pope.

@good2goskee (cont) to answer specifically: My focus was not on Hell. Simply, I was captivated how a group of people could be so welcoming, giving, and helpful to people who don't purley hold their same beliefs. This openness was done without stuffing their beliefs down my throat. This positive sense of community is what motivated me to ask questions and investigate Christ- not scare tactics. I have no formal obligation to the church and feel stronger and liberated (not weak and in prison).
