Im a drummer, and my advise to you is that you need to be a little more relax and loose on your posture, because you look a little stiff when your are doing your sticking. Being a little relax and loose lets you use less energy when you play, and your drumming will improve by the day for sure, but you have talent in drumming all it takes is just be more relax and less tense!! keep up the drumming...
