any car made after 1960 has a seal between the inside and the outside so you cant slip string through

2. If a locked car is opened from the inside, an alarm goes off

3. Even if the car has no seal, a loop wouldnt fit or someone would be able to just slide a coat hanger in there and open the door

lastly, do you know how hard it would be to get a loop around a lock, then pull it up without the loop slipping?
