Wonderful job! And yes, sardines would go great in the stew. I do something similar with canned sardines in spicy tomato sauce. Heat it up and add my onions and eggs at the end. Love you video!

my mom's nigerian and the way she makes that stew the eggs arent stired in the way u did to turn the food pinkish white. the eggs are poured in just like you did and then is left to set for a bit before you stir it once. But u did a good job.
