They went half power at most and that "split" move that the skinny guy did was sloppy as hell, any mma fighter worth 2 cents could have gotten out of it. These guys suck. HE IS A 300 LB Guy with TREE TRUNK legs! Even getting tagged my his instep while moving away. 4) your comment PROVES that you do not train.

In wrestling the twister is called a guillotine but it's used as a pinning move and still very dangerous to set up because you can pop a persons shoulder out of place or something. Most refs some times stop ppl that execute the move if they fell there opponent is in danger of getting hurt.

it was a front leg roundhouse. the power is in the chamber of the kick, not the momentum. he probably technically knows how to kick, so it probably was pretty powerful. its also a bare foot going into bill's leg. that hurts pretty bad if there's much force at all.

Have you seen other episodes. They don't really even fight in them. In the ninjitsu episode they have a wooden sword fight. In the judo episode, the objective is to throw the opponent.
