This film was beautifully made and had a terrffic story. I don't think it was better than Atonement though. Plus thy are different stories altogether.

this actually looks like an alright movie, even if a little similar to Atonement. oh, and the review that said it was better than Atonement? complete crap. Atonement is a masterpiece, and this just doesn't look like one.

I really wouldn't compare this movie with atonement because its two completely different stories and the only thing in common is the war. But this movie was really good and I loved the performance of Sienna and Keira
