In the number 4 exercise the ball is touched by the outside of the right foot. Wouldnt you get more control by touching it with the inside of the left foot?
currently playing at west hams academy an when were doing chestinng drills we volly it to the player they chest an kick back to my chest an on an on.........
chest then chest the ball then chest again and chest it so you can shoot or chest to control and then chest it and volley it back to you partner who will chest it and volley it back to you so you can chest it. He said chest like 15 times!!
