Hey, my best friend just got her boob job last month. So if you haven't gotten them yet I can help you out with a couple questions, like pricing and like just because the doctor is world know doesn't mean he is the doctor for you.
I have the EXACT same issue. Once I reach goal I will get arms done and maybe breasts. Also I discovered meetup like a year ago but haven't gone much. It is a great option though and I will check out hiking once I get my cardio up (I am going for 5-7 miles a day)
Also Lifetime is a great gym, the change room is like a spa, it has a whirlpool and dry and we sauna.
Lastly, it is your body and you can do whatever you want with it. Most people would kill to b in your position

Saline implants are hard, nothing like a natural breast at all, and because of that hardness, can look totally unnatural over time. Check out Kelly Rowlands boob job, they are perfect on her body and I think that size would look great on you. But with or without them you are beautiful!

After losing over 65 pounds my boobs have shrunk about one cup size and if I bare my cleavage (which I hardly ever do) and don't wear the right kind of bra they look like a deflating balloon so once I'm finished toning up (something that I'm working on now and through the summer) if things aren't right in that area I'm def getting a boob job. @MissLysreign Gel implants have a better more natural shape and feel. Saline is more visible under the skin and u can see the ripples because it is basically water inside a plastic shell.

when I lost weight my boobs did dissapear. well they weren't as full looking. I wouldn't recommend you modify your body. but if you have thought about it for a long time and its safe and you can afford it then do what you feel is best for you. good luck.
