Easier Way Part 3:

13.then anywhere in the explore a device box right click and click insert file then click on the file you downloaded earlier

14.if it asks to overwrite click yes and you are done.

15.put the usb back in the xbox and try it out

NOTE THIS IS NOT DIFFICULT AND EASY TO DO BUT IT MAY SOUND DIFFICULT

9.right click dundefsave and click open in resigner

10. then open the one you minimized and copy the first code from your file and paste it to the one that was minimized before

11.copy the second one and paste it on the minimized one just like the other one

12.then click rehash and resign on both then close both of them but keep explore a device open

Easier Way:

1.Take the dundef save off your harddrive and put it onto your usb and plug it in

2.Download Modio (Google it) and Open it

3.click on download a save

4.then type in dungeon defenders

5.choose any hack with a lot of downloads and download it

6.go back to modio and click open a save then look for the file you download

7.minimize it and go back to modio and click explore a device then click file open

8.keep clicking the tabs till you get to dundefsave

@MlMadness i believe 537 would be 0010 0001 1001 in binary which is 215 in hex. been a while since I took a networking class, but I trust my maths lol.

Step 9: Save the Hex file, recompile it, put it back into the case file (DunDefSave) and put it back into your Xbox. Use the Guide I gave you for re-compiling.

@TheDeathPatrol You put the modded save, with your ids, make sure its rehased and resigned onto your usb. Replace the old one. Put it on your xbox hdd. then play splitscreen with your dummy "modded" profile and your real profile. drop the weapon/mana = profit.

@GrimR3aper0123 awesome tip. but i need a better gun do you know how to make a better gun so i can at least level up faster to get the blasticus by beating warping crystal? i tried it last night and i got my gears handed to me lol. i just want a nice gun the one i have is lame i accidentially sold my good skeleton gun. im level 40 now..i dont want to mod anything else such as level or character just want a decent gun.

@bigrndahouse you get a crystal tracker from warping core insane, you get blasticus from assault on insane. Also a good way to level up is too do the bonus map glitterhelm caverns on hard or insane, put all your defences as a squire and go on your low level and you get a lot of exp. I got nearly 40 levels in one game on insane. Weapon for huntress i recommend because you cant do challanges. Is doing the first boss on insane as a huntess. Its a good starter weapon for getting better ones

@bigrndahouse I dont really play dungeon def anymore, it kinda died out for me on consoles since there is no DLC. I do play it from time to time with friends. You get the bonus map i believe by completing the game or by doing summit. I'm getting skyrim soon, so i will be playing that. While i wait for that i play LoL

@TheDeathPatrol this is what i did, at first, but then i modded it myself and got some baddass beetle gun what shoots through walls modded. It doesnt work anymore for me because the decompression tool stops responding so im stuck with my shit weapon. Tip - keep a saved file with 15 mil mana on your pc. everytime your low on mana put it on your dummy profile go splitscreen. drop it all = profit

@TheDeathPatrol you have to open it with cmd, because its not a program. what you might be encountaring is it opens for a split second then closes. you need to open it with cmd then tell it where dd.exe it located. for example if mine is in Saves in C: i type:

@TheDeathPatrol dont decompress it, just download a already modded save off modio. Put your original game save id's and rehash resign. and go splitscreen and drop all weapons from one account to other.

@TheDeathPatrol You recompile by decompressing, you add DunDefHeroes to DunDefSave using modio you open DunDefSave then you go to file contents and in there is DunDefHeroes, right click and hit "replace" and find your desired file. Put it back onto your usb.

@TheDeathPatrol Rather than doing all the boring stuff and modding yourself, go to modio sign in and search dungeon defenders into the save files. These are saved files people have already modded. Download one. Next make a dummy profile. start a game on dungeon defenders and quit. this will get you ids to use. next "move" this new profiles saved game onto usb, then onto pc. Then open it with modio. and open the modded save game. Copy ids from your save, onto the modded one and rehash and resign
