Ultimate SPOILER - the kyuubi is the strongest, when they are separated from the juubi(ten tails - the monster was split in 9 when the sage of the the six paths died( he was the jinchuriki of the juubi)and then tobi(uchiha madara- founder of the uchiha clan) is planning to get the juubi. and then he is going to put everyone in his genjutsu, with the moon(WTF?' thinking that the war is over and living in peace.

He is stronger at the current bit in the manga after the pain punch up but at this point he probably wouldn't win, especially without the kyuubi, iytachi who is incredibly badass pointed out that the sannin beat the uchiha's and therefore the sharingan.
