After the presentations the first three girls should return to the stage where their hair can be auctioned. The winner of each girls auction could then come onto the stage, be given a pair of scissors, and then cut her hair off as short as possible.

I'd like to see the girls who finish first, second, and third in each contest have their hair cut off short immediately after the presentations. It would give the other girls a better chance in future competitions.
