What did he use to make all the tracks sound like they were "warping", for lack of better terms, transitioning from the two riffs at 3:11 and 3:15? I think the sound actually starts at around 3:13 or 3:14... It sounds so familiar. Sorry for posting so many different times in my comment but I wanted to be clear about when it occurred.

@Burrit0Bandito Similar sounds are used in several other songs, as well as in Tv Shows (mainly anime) and video games.
I can think of hearing it in a street fighter game I played. But I forget which one. I may be wrong.
