@npm2415hui It's true. But it's also true that many of the new generation digi desks look like that because of that popular layout and work flow structure, for example Allen & heath I-live t series uses this very same basic layout.

will the MIDI IN port be able to be used for individual fader adjustments via Control Change or some other parameter. in the same way yamaha boards work or will MIDI only accept Program Change info to change between presets?

I want one for my studio. We just purchased the SX2442FX Eurodesk for the venue I am managing. It's awesome. The audio quality is far superior to the Spirit desk that we replaced.
