Staged to Hell. In WWE (and Im pretty sure WCW did the same thing) they tried to not show the invading fan at all. They were clearly showing him on camera long b4 Hogan and Savage did anything. Also, when the security got a hold of him, any common thinking wrestler would stop attacking for fear of a lawsuit, and Hogan kept going at him.

That is the funniest thing ive seen hogan getting attacked by a fan and the way hogan punched him. Its to comedic for me to discuss it on a serious level. Why cant wwe have its moments like that as most fan attacks fail anyway at the wwe. This video is great for laughs when youve had a hard day at work or home you just laugh at hogan

You can tell it was scripted because they cut to a shot of the fan before he even cleared the railing. The cameras were obviously anticipating it. Enough fans were actually interfering during those days... perhaps this work was put in place to discourage such inferences by making them seem extremely dangerous?
