I love this movie very much - very deep, emotional, touching. OK, first scenes were a little bit boring and the ending was changed compared to the book but still this film was decent. Visual effects were great. I'm not Twilight fan nor hater but Blood & Chocolate impressed me much more!!! Agnes Bruckner, Hugn Dancy, Katja Riemann and Olivier Martinez showed stunning acting.

Werewolf movies must be more appreciated!!!

as a movie in itself it was awesome, best werewolf movie i ever saw, compared to the book though, its nothing like it, the storyline is completly different. Good movie though one thing that ticked me off, i love that song stand my ground. NO WHERE in the movie was that played. Best probably to play it when they where running from teh fiery building, but no they play it on the commercail and no where in the movie. its an awesome song.

I don't think Stephenie jacked anything from this book. The Twilight saga and Blood and Chocolate are two completely different books. Twilight is focused on vampires and this book is focused on werewolves. Werewolves were put in Twilight to keep the book moving and for more stuff to happen, but at the end it's all about vampires.

The trailer looked good but I don't know if I'll ever want to see it. I mean if your into the whole werewolf thing, I'm more or so into hte whole supernatrul thing. You guys should watch Jane Eyer. It's a really long movie and not so much on werewolves and vampire thing but, in fact theres no werewolves or vampires mentioned in the movie at all. Oh, and if your goign to watch it make syre it's the 2006 version the other one is so out of date and stupid.

Indeed. I haven't seen the movie myself, but just by looking at the preview, they changed a lot, which is a bit of an understatement. But in all honesty, I didn't care much for the ending of Blood and Chocolate. In fact, it tainted the rest of the book for me.

I wasn't. I thought the book revolved too much around sex and stupid shit of the sort and that's the shit Vivian would be getting into with you-know-who. And I didn't like his ass, especially after the way he treated her when she unwillingly and unknowningly became the alpha female. I felt for her in her search to distance herself from her werewolf family.

In the book she was only 16, here she's supposed to be 19. And what is wrong with "SEX AND SHIT OF THE SORT" is for one thing, it's an opiate of the people, two, it's helping the degradation of the humanity, and three, there are other, cooler things to be done when you're a werewolf-like thing.

I don't know. If you are like some people and get really mad if things aren't exactly like the book. Then maybe you should watch the movie first. But then you might not like the book. They are both good, and if you look at them as two different stories then you will enjoy them both. I read the book first and loved the movie as well as the book. It's your choice. I'd go with the book though. =3

Well I LOVE Horror movies, comedy, and romance. So I recommend: Blade Trinity, Twilight (when it comes out, Nov 21st), Sweeney Todd, Mirrors, Step Brothers, The Queen of the Damned (really good vampire one).. I can't think of anymore right now.

Twilight is focused on vampires and Blood and Chocolate is more focused on Werewolves. There are no vampires in the movie at all (didn;t read the book yet, have to buy it soon!)They are the same concept, well, the same genre. Not the same. there are many vampire novels out there. twilight is just one of them.
