if you add a skirt at the bottom it will hover but you have to put holes at the bottom and have a source of air going to the skirt

By the way kid if all you want is a hover board that doesn't move then just take a regular 6'5 surf board and gloss the bottom with electromagnetic neutrons. Then drill a quarter-inch hole through the top and attach a solar powered rod that goes all the way through the board about a quarter-inch. Wait for a nice sunny day and put the board outside and wait for the rod to get a little energy. The rod then activates the electromagnetic neutrons energy and gravity will push like a magnet.Goodluck!

@mccorklejoseph1 : well first of all if it hovered then it wouldnt move, to hover is to hang in the air without any horizontal of vertical mtion. second; its not even rising, the syrofoam minimizes contact w/ the floor but it never actually leaves the ground its just dragged/pushed across the floor by the fan
