  • Um, I don't know how you guys do it in America, but at my house, we add butter and milk and use a POTATO MASHER for the potatoes. Just an idea but great idea for the Philly spread!

  • oh dear god! can someone please tell these people that you never use and electric hand whisk with potato! it turns it into potato superglue! and never never never boil garlic! honestly! doesnt take a genius to realise this

  • As any good cook would know, the mashed potatoes will turn out more fluffy and creamier if you beat in the creamed cheese [or, any milk] first, then add the butter [or oil.] But, otherwise, very nice!

  • no need to peel potatoes. just rinse n brush clean. when you peel a potato or any other fruit or vegetable (except for limes lemons oranges of course)youve just lost most of the vitamins and minerals. I havent peeled a potato in 30 years
