@LeVeganKid Your throat shouldn't hurt that much when you scream. It's really kind of natural actually, but if you can't scream right away, you have to develop it. It takes months to develop and then years to perfect. Scream by flexing your abs. I scream in my vids. . .but I just started anyways.
