i feel very grateful that i was gifted with an intelligent mind and a family who would not push any beliefs on me. I am young, but many of the things talked about i have already found within myself (i.e. being content with the way things are). It is encouraging for me to know that there are people like you who are helping people help themselves. I have done this for myself and can say from experience that it is the best way to find yourself.
Congratulations on your book. Some of your exercises remind me of NLP, that I teach. I particularly agree with idea that we all K-N-O-W the difference between an arrogant shine and the REAL SHINE from our G-dly soul. Pam.
