I'm sure someone already suggested it but to temporarily lighten your lights so that you can wear certain colors, you can use concealer on your lips.

Your lipstick was nice, but you natural lip color looks better. You may want to consider lining your lips and only wearing a shear shimery gloss that will allow your natural lip color to shine through. The shimmer will add a highlight.

I have quite dark lips too and i have done few research about how to make it lighter .

I have been told that lip stick makes your lips darker . So I have stopped that for now .

Also putting lemon on your lips to lift the colour little lighter . I heard Cocoa butter is great , I personally havent tried that YET but im working with lemon .

Your natural lip color, much like the rest of you, is stunning. (: I actually felt a twinge of jealousy when you showed them. I think you'd be just fine with a balm or gloss alone despite what you said in the video before this one; I know that's what I'd (continue to) do if I had your lips.

As far as lightening, though, you could try a sea salt or sugar scrub with lemon juice before moisturizing 1-2x a day.

Oh, and make sure to use a balm or moisturizer with SPF. I think the EOS balm in Lemon Drop has it.

Also seconding the Vitamin E recommendation. I started to mention adding it to the lemon scrub, but I think it's be best--not to mention easiest--to follow up afterward with a balm that has both that and SPF (again, EOS Lemon Drop is a good one).
