This is not shirk.When you say Shahada, Muhammad ka Dhikr is included. When you call the Adhan, Muhammed ka Dhikr is included. When you are in prayer, reading Tashahud, after it, comes your durood, aur jab Allah bhi durood bhej tha hai RasoolAllah par, how can his Dhikr be shirk. Who will be the intercesor for the muslims on judgment day? RasoolAllah.

Shirk would be is you said RasoolAllah is Allah, that is shirk. - This is why we always say in shahada etc, Muhammed is the messenger (pbuh)
