Wasn't a drunk or a criminal... This happened in Egg Harbor township, New Jersey. The driver had a medical condition which caused him to lose consciousness prior to the accident. And the speed was in the neighborhood of 90 or 100, not 200 as alleged in the title.

That's about 60-70mph. He covered the distance between the 2 lines in about 3/4 of a second. I'd say those lines are probably about 50' apart. (look at the wagon, it's about 2 wagon lengths distance, maybe a little more.) To go from fps to mph multiply by .68. So even if it's 3 wagon lengths, that's 100fps which is about 68mph.

And the fact that the cop car showed up right away says he was probably running from the cops. The theory of evolution right before you eyes.
