  • @AartyMc i belive that isn't a muscle problem and its actually a bad bone formation problem maybe your ribs aren't equals or you have some developing problem on your torax and one of the abs gets to be more over the ribs than the other that is why it looks like its bigger. That is what i belive is wrong with me but idk it may be different for you, i have a problem in my torax even though you can't see it, if i i take all my breath out you will see my ribs aren't equals

  • @mrchibitix59 Ok so I'm metric system, but sounds like you wouldn't have too much fat on you, 90% of all muscle building is food, Make sure you're eating the proper amount for your body type. It's HARD! it's worse than exercising sometimes.eat your carbs/ proteins and good fats also, every person has a different shape/type of abs, you may be one of those people who don't get the traditional one.

  • @jamstamanify most of us do, all who do it every other day like your supposed to have really strong abs even if you dont have a six pack because of your body fat percentage, i got a four pack if i had a little less fat i would have an 8 pack easy

  • @WWEfan275 hey mate :) this does take a LONG time on its own , but combine this with 30 minuets to an hour cardio + a healthy diet , and about 200 sit ups every night.... lets just say I CAN see my results in under 2 weeks GOOD ones aswell.

  • @WWEfan275 oooo i see , i had that .. and i found that you need to put on weight BUT then burn it in exersize ..id try something like eating a few maccy D's (bad option) or get bacon or porn or lamb and EAT ALL OFF IT like i mean EVEN the fat,because that puts weight on healthy as well as giving you protein.

  • @WWEfan275 You obviously have a high metabolism, your metabolism will get lower the older you get so it will be harder to keep weight off. I think you should still do cardio just for the fact of fitness!

  • @renjo110 hmm.. idont want to sound evil, but quite a while - but it more depends on other exercises then thsi.. try to do more cardio. running and keep a low fat and sugar free diet. that will speed it up incredibly. if you do running every day and watch what you eat it may be like 2 months

  • @ReshadMason5297 no not at all..... 10 minutes is not sufficient. the thing is, that if you run for ten minutes your body still has sufficient pool (back-up) of sugars. so you dont burn any fats, which is what you want.. you have to run at least 30 minutes to achieve that... ideal is 25-50 minutes running (the longer the better) HOWEVER if you cross 1 h and 30 minutes you stop burning fat and start burning proteins. so more than 30 less than 1h 30 mins..

  • @ReshadMason5297 about the diet - not just fruit:)) eat normally but try to eat less fat and sugars (dobt eat too much chocolate, beaf, pork... instead eat chicken or fish. sugars are mostly in potatoes, pasta, corn, bread and so on.. ideal diet is to eat a lot of meat (chicken and fish) with vegetables BUT without side dishes (potatoes, rice etc.). also dont eat sweets and alcohol should also limited (especially beer)

  • Amuses me how people are still asking the same questions over and over, and I'm impressed with how Jrs is still responding to them. If your question is why aren't I losing weight/have visible abs/a sixpack. Then the answer is probably that you need to do Cardio. This workout mainly makes your abs bigger, but you can't see them if they're under a layer of fat, go do cardio! Run/swim.
