That's where I have mine, there is enough room there for them. Just make sure there is plenty of space between the cutout and the underbody of the car or they will rattle against it. Id leave at least an inch or more of clearance.
ok. i have an '06 V and im gonna order the dmh low pro cutouts very soon. i just dont know where the put them. it looks like you have them after the cats and before the resonator am i right? the muffler shop im gonna take it to said there isnt much room to play with to have them installed.

The exhaust was completely stock other than the cut outs. After the cats was the cut outs, the cut outs, followed by a resonator, then the mufflers.
