I am actually following Scrum series I wonder if you could post any video on risks if they are considered in scrum projects as well as an example of real world software dev like building a website. How can we convince our teams to use scrum ? Thanks again
@YATLTBL Yeah the background music is kind of loud. I was trying to do the howcast style and they always have music... I think I learned from that one :)
