  • I do. But I read the right BOOK.

  • This dialect sounds a bit like french

  • Nice, but God made Norge not man.

  • @Norsknurse plate tectonics made Norway. Read a book

  • Fantastiskt bra reklam. Många av mina norska vänner blir berörda av den på ett eller annat vis. Som svensk rör den också en del av mig som symboliserar allt det som är norskt. Havet, naturen, kampen, fisket, det lilla och det stora.

Fina bilder och en fin dikt. Kjempegreit Norge! :)

  • Absolutely gorgeous. Someday . . . I hope to be able to be part of such a wonderful country.

    Elsker fra Seattle, Washington, USA

  • Damn, I am not particularly fond of everything Aker does, but this is truly amazing. Kudos to all the men and women working in the industries, and to ivar Aasen for a brilliant poem!

  • jeg vil gå på Norge igjen...... jeg elsker alt der - folk, natur språk,.... takk gud for dette landet :-)

  • Takk! Den engelske teksten hjalp faktisk! Teksten gav mer mening da!

  • @markustk: It IS an old poem, but I did have to come up with the translation myself. :)

I did find some translations on the internet at first, but I didn't think they relayed any of the emotion of the poem. Almost looked like they'd simply been run through the Google translator.

  • @UploadingFriend It's a nice translation, well done.

  • imk colombian n ive been in Norway, and i just think in going back :)

    Made by Norway

  • Thanks for making an English subbed version. :) 5/5

  • Thank the lord, the subtitling was done properly. So much dreading that there would be some emo punk, messing it all up.
