  • Make a few of those moves a bit more efficient and you might have a Robo-One repertoire going.

  • great, now a clunk of metal moves better than I do. At first I thought this bot was doing some serious Lion forms from Baguazhang. This totally replaces guard dogs.

  • It´s arms looks like cell phones

  • Aaa! :D He would be perfect for my son! [that I will have] :D OMG! :D ^__^

  • plawres sanshiro coming to life?

  • johnny bravo?

  • o yea mama :D

  • hahahhahahahaha

  • This is Tight! Kinda ugly tho...Like Bumblebee's retarded brother :P

  • This is amazing, its the strongest robot video ever, not only is it probably only a stock Robonova 1 it could probably do robo one,

  • damn...the future looks KICK ASS!!!!!!

  • hm first great thing i see this robot does .

  • lol, this is Hulk Hogan xD

  • lol

  • Great Movement and really fast!!!

But can´t he turn his head in the position where he´s punching?

  • there's no servo in his head (you can add one though...)

  • want one bad great movement

  • It shudders from the flow of CHI through its circuitry!!!!!! BWAHAHAHAHHAA!!

  • lol the description says martial arts, but if i ever saw someone do that, EVER, i would totally recommend a shrink to them :P

  • "RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. YOOUUU WILL BE ASSIMILATED"-in monotone. Ah, its election season, again.

  • AWESOME! very smooth movement. Looks menacing. I would be afraid to have one, it might kill me in my sleep. I'd like to see a bigger one with better balance so it couldn't fall over if you pushed it.

  • Check out the "Rook's Pawn III Gyro Response Demo" video. He does exactly what you sugested... won't fall over when you push on him.

  • If it falls over, it can easily get back up pon its own;this is a main-feature of modern humanoid-robots, like the Robonova, from HiTec.

  • how do u control it

  • This one uses an infra-red remote much like your T.V. Our other bot, "Rook's Pawn", uses bluetooth and is controlled via laptop, PDA, or even a cellphone.

  • I saw a Robonova-1 at a convention today and the robot was controlled by a PlayStation 2 Wireless Controller...

  • i didnt mean any offence that was my oppinion.

  • those are cool. but definatley a wast of money for £720 you should get something good. i agree with Gangster240212

  • what persons pays £720 for something like that. You could get a Meccano Spyke, Iphone and Powerizers all for the price of a dancing robot. WTF

  • How were you able to make the robot perform those moves so quickly - did you preprogram those moves on a control system?

  • Glad you guys liked it! You can find the Robonova-1 kit for about $900 - $950 USD most places anymore. You should check out some of our more recent videos!

  • Not a bad price for so much technology IMO! Although I wouldn't buy one until they become cheaper and more common place (I hate to be an early adopter)

It's still very cool that something this advanced is available to consumers. I would probably get bored with it after a few weeks/months though.

  • that thing has gotta be like 50 bamillion dollars!!thats right bamillion

  • nope only 1151

  • ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

  • yeah search it on google its really cool =D

  • I really like those moves! Especially the end that ending was the best part.

  • Oh I love this! Robot is doing the 'kata' is so cool!

  • OK I need to know a few things. What form is this awesome robot practicing. Second, why isn't he 50' tall, armed with death beams, and under my command?

  • That's crazy!!

  • This gives me an erection.

  • bravo, thats fucking awesome

  • Damn that's awesome! =D

  • cool

  • hey are these sold in stores??

  • I for one would like to Welcome our Robot Overlords.

  • HAHAHAHA, dude thats hardcore.

  • What kata was it performing??

  • HAHA Matt, I was helping SWE with robotics lab today and had so much fun I was googling to look up more advance robots to buy...who do I find on the internet demoing...you! Hope post college life is treating ya good buddy.
