Don blame Reagan Blame the NAACP for taking them out of the homeless shelters and clinics that were taking care of mental illnes people under the exuce of not being free to make there own choises. These people are sick and can't make any decisions on there own. They were better off in these institution than sitting in the gutter were they are now starving and still sick.

Your work is monumental, through the eyes of your camera we can see into the hearts of so many people that on the surface seemed dead until closer inspection. I hope you read this...
