What you chumps don't realize is it is a big corrupt racket Chicago style. The High frequency trading that makes up 80% percent of the CME volume is not transparent and totally unregulated. They wouldn't have it any other way. Do you wonder why they have donated over 200,000 to John Boehner of Ohio? most of it is to likely not scrutinize High Frequency Trading. Most of you guys on the floor made your money by layups from the Pit brokers. You don't have a clue what trading is.

I came across a video the other day (watch?v=EUd8SCrjB0I) that was CNN's coverage of the October 27, 1997 market plunge. It's really quite amazing to watch how vibrant and crowded the CME and NYSE were just a mere 12 years ago.
