Farming the FoW Professionally

nice job. How much money do you usually get for average run @ FOW anyway and is this still able to be done cus Anet have nerfed most of the good farming spots all over gw including UW now. Also, how come they aren't dealing almost no damage to you? Also i would recommend whirlwind attack instead of Executioners Strike on your skill bar cus it has better AoE giving you energy and it req two less adrenaline than Executioners! ty for making this vid!

hay glade you enjoyed my video. yeah i don't play gw anymore. this was made quite a long time ago, and usually i would get around 2-5 shards and lots of other stuff per run. The reason they hardly would do any dmg was before the armor stack nerf. Using watch urself, dolyak signet etc made my armor very high and thus take very little damage from the enemies.

dolyak and watch yourself no longer stack and havent for ages... drop it fro something like flail.. switch healing sig for lions comfort.. drop all ur tactics.. strength: 12.. and boost inspir magic.. using the same runes minus the tactics helm and the tactics rune.. and ur done.. easy :)

yeh that would help out alot, as lions comfort and flail are all adrenal based skills, so as u boost up TC and cyclone adrenal skills are insta-charged, there fore you can heal with lions comfort every few seconds. also i would use a zealos weapon for energy management, and maybe swap out triple for hundred blades and a sword and then clyclone for whirlwind attack uber hits .:p nice tho dude. and id take knight insigs so u dont get hit at all :p

i do that run with perma sliver I am and dark escape and zealous scyth with 20%i kill everything  on beach and in cave HM,.. my best is 9 shardds

mate bet that took u for ever... u have to attack for energy maintaintance.. the scythe isnt the fastest of weapons.. also sliver armour targets a single foe.. meaning when u get down to a small number in a mob you spend ages trying to kill them.. too be fair shadow for was way too over powered, and now they 'nerfed' it doesnt seem to matter cos they bring out new skills to help... all it means is that u need a little more money to be able to run the build..

Armor stacking certainly hurt builds like this, but this run is still very easy to do, even with Warrior only skills. I've got a single target sword build that runs this in 28 minutes or so, depending on how long it takes to negotiate the beach.

guys, just addin 2 ur vid mate, ive used a build like this, quite close acctually 4 a while now. and a peice of advice fro me would be to replace executioners strike with whirlwind attack, the sunspear skill, but only if u cant, really does speed up the mob slaying, took 5-10 mins off my run anyways. nice video mate, gd luck with ur drops ^^

I couldn't help but reply FoW Pro. Just reading over the info on the side and I noticed your saying use a +1 tactics helm with a minor strength rune then adding a Sup. AbsorPtion to it. AbsorPtion and Minor Strength are both suffix runes and will over right each other. What made me laugh even more is when you stated add ANOTHER Sup. AborPtion when clearly that rune itself states "Reduce physical damage by 3 (Non-Stacking)" Two Sup. AbsorPtion runes isn't -6 its still -3 and you wasted a slot.

Left side , run through the first group going along the left wall. Pause. Go forward and wait. A warrior group wiil head to your direction. And another. Then forward againe , through another group. Pause. then cross to the right and pull the mesmers with a long bow then kell 'em. Then head to the cave. Pull the mesmers in front of it , kill'em. The go just at the entrance of the cave. Spiders qill pop up. Go backwards with a run. They WONT follow. Then pull them 3 by 3 and kiil'em ;)
