What amazes me is that they pretty much had only one week to get this album done, AND they were under a lot of pressure, but this album pretty much the greatest thing to happen to metal. If it wasn't for this album, I'm not too sure many death metal bands would be using a lot of the techniques and ideas they do nowadays.
