hi, i use this program but i have a big problem, when i go to change my cpu frequrncy (default 200) i get it just to 201 and my pc crashes! what can i do?
@DatMasta96 It wont mess up your computer as long as your temps are within the max safe limit AMD/Intel gives for that certain chip. Also Overclocking the PCI-E bus really do not improve performance, it can actually cause data to corrupt within windows. The most that it will do is Blue Screen (BSOD) and restart, that wont hurt the computer. Just Watch the TEMPS!
for me the arrow for the CPU overclock is in the middle. I cant get it near the max because my pc crashes after 3.8GHz. Is this because of my fan or my CPU? I don't know
My OC Tuner used to be able to Overclock WAY more than it can now.
I used to be able to go over 3.2GhZ easily. Now its Maxed out at 2.8, and i need 3.2-3.5GhZ to get rid of the Bottleneck in my system, so i'm kinda screwed right now. Q6600 + GTX 460. Got any advice? Oh and, no matter how high i raise my Voltage, it doesn't fix it. Thanks
@smithl42ls Yes it returns to a stable area what im saying is that you just have to crash the pc to see what your highest is just go up 1 at a time :)
@rkmx5 Overclocking is not dangerous it is safe to do with this program as it evens out the voltage when you rise the settings. And the only manufacturers i know of that have these utilities are Asrock Asus & Gigabyte. But im sure you can overclock most motherboards via the bios

You shouldn't play with the PCIE frequency. Keep it at 101.
