Thumbs up if you remember Mike Adamle wayyyy before he got in WWE when he was hosting the American Gladiators, and which might I add he was AWESOME, sadly his rep went down the shitter because he knew nothing about Pro Wrestling. Ill tell you what it was SO weird.. growing up as a kid seeing Mike Adamle the host of AG.. go to WWE when i got older.. i was like... WHAT THE FUCK!?

Yeah, I have to agree with calamaty on this one - Adamle kind of deserved those chants. There were probably a million other people with better voices and knowledge of the sport who would have slit each other's throats for that position and we end up with a guy who can't even be arsed learning the name of each wrestler.

The way I see it, the fans were just putting the onus back on Adamle to earn his damn pay, since he wasn't bloody doing it with his mic skills, that's for sure.

Real. Mike Adamle was sick and tired of being called names and screwing up so much so everyone thought he was retarded and fans thinking he was really stupid, so he decided it was time to leave ECW even though it was were he was before it became WWECW.

Moreover, Adamle and Taz would have been fired of suspended, as it stood, they stayed with the company, with both recieveing "promotions" of sorts - Mike to Raw GM and Taz to SD.

They signed him up for a lot of money, without realising he sucked. After that they tried to play up to it to make him more popular, hence the "walking out" bit. When that failed, they tried to turn it around yet again by making him Raw GM and having him make the Ronald Regan speech, but he sucked as GM too.

So he was released.
