If Cheney really believes that then why is this administration purposely pursuing an open border policy.

Terrorists could drive over the border in a huge lorry full of missles and if the border guards tried to stop them, they would drive through knowing that no guard would risk shooting at them since those two border guards got 11 years in prison for shooting at a drug dealer who admitted he had 750lbs of cocaine in his car!

I'm just now seeing this video. I must say I've admired Seymour Hersh for years and can now add that in this appearance on Bill Maher's show he has offered the most reasonable and compelling explanation for the thinking (wrong as it is)behind Bush's "War on Terror" policy and why we are so entrenched in the Middle East. Thank you for posting this video. I watch Bill Maher all the time but missed this segment.
