p1) so tell me if i got this strait, the purpose of this bill was to create a government for the district of Columbia, this government is a corporation which means it is which gives it the right to borrow and loan money. At the time of its inception it was fairly benign because it only governed the district of Columbia. It would be more possible to homeschool in RBE system than in our current system. On any document you sign write "All rights reserved" or "Without Prejudice UCC1-308" above your signature and write auth rep to the right of your sig. @ouluvme2 it basically is saying that you reserve your rights under maritime law, which is the jurisdiction the courts operate in. It covers your arse against anything undisclosed in any contract and also protects you from having your God given rights forfeited in case there is anything undisclosed in the contract that takes your rights away and there usually is. I see where the United States is defined as a corporation, and that got me wondering why when I leave my city the sign says "leaving corporation limit" and I found that my city was founded in 1833 and it is itself a corporation. During the civil war the congress never voted on a time to reconvene so the republic fell and we went into civil war. The president unconstitutionally reconvened it with his presidential executive order 1 and a NEW form of government was made for the new Corporation.

The District has never been 100 mi square on land b/c of the Potomac & Anacostia Rivers. Furthermore, since the 1840s, when the Arlington portion was ceded back to VA, it's total area has been slightly over 60 mi sq. Also, the District of Columbia - since 1871 and then the 1878 emendation of the '71 act - is now a municipal corporation of the US Government - but the US itself is not a municipal corporation. But then what exactly are citizens suing when they file a suit under FTCA??

There is confusion over corporations, the Constitution and history. The US is a corporation of member-states, but that was from its inception; the adoption of its bylaws, the Constitution. An incident where Pennsylvania refused to protect Congressmen from a military mutiny established a state bias, as Congress would determine where to meet based on perceived safety factors. Therefore, a federal non-state was necessary. Article 1, Section 8 gives them the Constitutional power to do so.

I've been delving into more and more of this type of information since the internet took off. I will just have to say my gut tells me this is very true and also very scary information. I so wish I had gone into Constitutional Law right out of high school before I had aged and have a hard time remembering information. Our kids coming out of school these days don't even have a tenth of what I had from my teachers and that wasn't all that much about the really important subject, The Constitution

It would be more possible to homeschool in RBE system than in our current system. Many cannot do this now because it’s difficult to support a family with one income or lack of support from government. On any document you sign write "All rights reserved" or "Without Prejudice UCC1-308" above your signature and write auth rep to the right of your sig. @ouluvme2 it basically is saying that you reserve your rights under maritime law, which is the jurisdiction the courts operate in. It covers your arse against anything undisclosed in any contract and also protects you from having your God given rights forfeited in case there is anything undisclosed in the contract that takes your rights away and there usually is. You have to know how to enforce it to and how to keep from contracting with statute enforcement (police and judges)

I see where the United States is defined as a corporation, and that got me wondering why when I leave my city the sign says "leaving corporation limit" and I found that my city was founded in 1833 and it is itself a corporation. So I don't doubt that the United States could be defined as a corporation, but what I don't get is why it has anything to do with creating a local government for the District of Columbia,

I'm all about uncovering genuine or very likely conspiracies - such as the real perpetrator of MLKJ's assassination - however, this video is just flat-out DISINFORMATION. For instance, the Constitution DOES grant the US Congress the right to legislate a form of government for the District of Columbia in Section 8 - this provision was initially controversial in the Convention and Ratification process.

During the civil war the congress never voted on a time to reconvene so the republic fell and we went into civil war. The president unconstitutionally reconvened it with his presidential executive order 1 and a NEW form of government was made for the new Corporation.

The District has never been 100 mi square on land b/c of the Potomac & Anacostia Rivers. Furthermore, since the 1840s, when the Arlington portion was ceded back to VA, it's total area has been slightly over 60 mi sq. Also, the District of Columbia - since 1871 and then the 1878 emendation of the '71 act - is now a municipal corporation of the US Government - but the US itself is not a municipal corporation. But then what exactly are citizens suing when they file a suit under FTCA??

All governments in the USA are corporations, whose main offices are located in their respective capitals. And if someone bothered to read the Articles of Confederation, would discover that the (U)nited States of America were separate from "The United States, in Congress assembled".
Read the 13th and 14th amendment and discern which "U.S." is being referred to.

And that privileged character does place them at a disadvantage with respect to corporations. Corporations are also privileged entities. They have no 'right' to exist, and only by government grant do they have any standing in law.

There is confusion over corporations, the Constitution and history. The US is a corporation of member-states, but that was from its inception; the adoption of its bylaws, the Constitution. An incident where Pennsylvania refused to protect Congressmen from a military mutiny established a state bias, as Congress would determine where to meet based on perceived safety factors. Therefore, a federal non-state was necessary. Article 1, Section 8 gives them the Constitutional power to do so.
