swing your legs faster, in mills the most of the energy comes from the rotation of your legs, your arms are there to reach out and just pop yourself into the starting position XD hope this helps. and if u want to learn more types of mills u have to use ur legs a lot more and twist your body with it.

just learn it with your left hand, it's not that big of a difference. Most of the power is used with your legs so it's not really the power in your hand but more so the balance and technique.
