The was not one "over aggressive" move by the police. Everything that was done was in response to the suspect's aggressive actions. Clearly the man in red is resisting arrest when they try and move him toward the car. The video starts filming late so for all we know, the man could have talked shit to the cops (he also swears at them during the arrest so it's reasonable to believe he did so before hand).
