  • not cyst, a corpse

  • What magnification did you have the microscope on?

  • Comment removed

  • @Catherine8raw it's a spirochete

  • Can someone with a microscope please do a study and see if MMS kills lymes and post the results? I'd like to know if it is a good option to salt/C

  • lymebug you can get the lime disease from tick saliva

  • @aaronpitagn .....not from tick saliva, though there are some tick borne infections from tick saliva. The tick regurgitates into the blood stream during the course of its feeding or when you traumatize it, emptying the contents of it stomach, into the blood stream. Babesia, Ehrlichia, Lyme and other bugs live in the tick gut. See tick removal methods that lower the risk of this happening.

  • are you sure this is a cyst formation, i can think of many bacteria that round up before bursting in the presence of a cell wall active agent such as penicillin.

  • Would have to grow Bb out of the "cysts/rounded up circles" to see if the balls is dead or alive. None of the Bb on this slide exploded, all balled up. Possible the conc of Pen wasn't enough to or the Bb always make cysts.

  • @lymebug doesnt matter if the rounding up is rdead oe alive, if its not a reproducive life cycle by definition its not a cyst stage. you are confusing nucleated parasites with anucleated bacteria.

  • i know antibiotics can cause the lyme to go into cyst form..

Does anyone know anything about FLAGYL as a cyst buster?

    If it actually works.

Have you observed lyme cysts using flagyl?

I have lyme and im in two minds if to start taking antibiotics..

Im thinking of buying a doug coil,

Think thats the only way to beat lyme

  • DEFINITELY BUY THE DOUG COIL! You're way ahead of the game if you do!!! I have one and have been using it since Dec 09. It DOES kill the spirochete, but only the spirochete! NOT the cyst or nymph forms. So thats why you have to keep at it for at least a year! NO antibiotics while your coiling. They have to come out in the open and the you BLATS them! They never know what hit them. Get 'Lyme Disease and Rifing" by Bryan Rosner...its a MUST!! Good Luck to you! Your on the right track!

  • @splitsilly

This is conjecture. Is there a clinical population to back this up?

  • @bamptonbred ...Lida Mattman talks about how to cause conversion of spirochetes or other bacteria, into cysts or L forms with use of specific antibiotics in growth media. Some antibiotics definitely cause cyst formation. See her book for info.

  • excellent work!

  • Oh sure, that's why they lie, even if you have PICS of your lyme bites and say you couldn't possibly have lyme because all the tests are neg.!!!

p.s. there was a program with the name of a certain one that it could have been even(BECAUSE MY GIRL VACATIONED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY), and STILL they wouldn't consider it.....the doc even laughed that one off....lame docs in WI.....mucus doesn't SQUIGGLE AWAY!

  • I don't think you found B. burgdorferi? They are bacteria that are approx 200 nm in length. That's 0.000007874 inches long. Maybe it was some worm or mucus. Lyme misinformation is what makes the non Lyme Literate Drs think Lymies are crazy. You got to be equipped with the facts to get there respect.

  • @lymebug I am a researcher, can I contact you about this video? Please let me know. You can email me at bmpublish at gmail dot com

  • Thanks so much for this video....A few years ago I went through an IV and oral antibiotic program. During that time I wrote an informative Lyme disease brochure with the help of 2 Lyme doctors. Would be happy to email anyone a copy.

  • Really great video :) Have you publish this information and movie to a scientific paper? I get really scared when the first treatment of early borreliosis in sweden is 10-14 days of penicillin V.

In Norway they have studied a combination treatment with some type of tetracycline/penicillin + metronidazole for people who have not get well after standard treatment, and I have heard that about 60% have response positiv to that treatment.

  • Exactly, I´ve read so many different works I don´t what to believe.. but thank you for your comment anyway, really! :-)

  • Oh, and I´d have one question: How long can these bacterias survive as cysts? I heard a theory which says 28 days, but that seems too good to be true.. I was prescribed penicillin, you know, and I am just thinking that if they convert into cysts like this, they actually even won´t get hurt and I´ll never get rid of them... Can someone enlighten me, please?

  • I think the Lyme Literate Dr's prescribe other antibiotics. Read all the Lyme info online there is lots of material.

  • @scandiaca According to several lyme literate docs, cyst formation is a given. Spinal fluid forces the spirochetes into cysts or L forms, per Lida Mattman and others research findings.

  • I´ve just been diagnosed with Lyme disease... :-(( but I must say I truly like all your videos; they are very interesting (I didn´t know it goes like this in real time! Fascinating. And scary, too..) Thank you for making the video and sharing it!

  • Holy crap that was fast. Funny, since the bug takes longer to replicate than the TB germ...

    I hate Lyme disease.

  • Is this video in real time? Did the chetes convert to cysts that fast after the penicillin dose? Is this video showing cysts or L forms? Some Borrelia info does not distinguish between the two. Thanks.

  • Yes, this is real time. Yes they converted as soon as concentration of penicillin reached some threshold. Also have a accidental video where chetes go back and forth from spirally to the "unspiral"/straighter form. Unspiral form occurs right before the cyst formation. Continued!!

  • Sometimes the pen. soln. wouldn't flow across the slide. So I had to push on the coverslip to get it to flow. Upon pushing the penc soln would flow, conc would go up, the bug unspiral almost turned to cyst, when released the penc flowed the other way and the bug returned to spiral form and continued to spin in place.

  • @lymebug This is an really amazing observation.

  • It was a very chemical type of reaction, as might be expected with a simple animal. It's not thinking just reacting. I call them cysts but I don't know the difference betw. L-form form cyst.

  • That is insane. No wonder lyme is so hard to kill...Battling.. My heart goes out to anyone else with this disease. JD

  • I've already seen this vid, and it's amazing. I hate Lyme.

  • Now I know what to say when the dr:s here in Sweden says that im psycho and that they gave her 21 days of anbx and shes cured for sure-then im going to show the vid of your work. Then they can think open-minded!

    THANX AGAIN !!!

  • No problem.

  • Gawd, no wonder i feel like shit! Thank you for posing this.

  • 1. Great work, beautifully done. 2. You have confirmed what i have been saying for the last 2 years. The Lyme bacteria Cyst formation,(the changing of shape) maybe this is why a lot of people are being misdiagnosed with Lyme's. Interesting to see weather it remained Cyst, and how long. Also weather it forming mimics any other bacteria. Cyst could give more information once it opened? What effects are the CYSTS on the human body. Could it mutate into other forms not known yet to Science?

  • Thanks. Confirmation of the cyst, l-forms, or cell wall deficient versions need to be show to be toxic. I suppose the fact that Lymies remain ill should be enough.

  • wow, that is a bad ass video, woow that is realllly awesome. I've heard about all the different forms that lymes can change into, and the way it hides in our own cells and the cell wall deficient thing, really interesting, but that is the first time ive ever seen anything like that, on video! I've gotten live blood cell analysis and dark field, but i don't believe lymes is visible under it, this is a truly spectacular video!

  • It is visable in darkfield, this video is 1000X darkfield. Most lyme people don't have adult spiros floating around in there blood. In fact I never saw any adult spiros in sick peoples blood samples. But no one is looking for the other forms. These videos are of archived Borrelia samples.

  • Absolutely brilliant! I cannot begin to imagine the patience it took to capture that moment on video.

  • Getting the bug to stay in frame while the experimenting while finding the proper concentration of penicillin.

  • How do you obtain this footage?

I am curious, If I were to give you my blood sample could you find this bacteria with ease? Does Igenex use this technology in diagnosing people?

    thanks.

  • No I would not be able to see bacteria in your blood. I worked at a defunked Lyme lab. I never saw any adult spiros in looking at about 500 Lyme patients. My thoughts are to see spiros in blood you have to look for the other forms. First the Dr. need to recognise the other forms exist than they can figure ways to identify them. This footage was done with a strain of B.Burgdorferi purchase from ATCC and raised in Media. Not sure what Igenex does?

  • Wow! this is beautiful. Why can't science come up with a mechanism to disrupt the cyst formation? Could the answer lie in the fact that the Lyme/biowarfare crowd including Klempner, Steere, Barbour, et al doesn't want to admit that cysts or chronic Lyme exists.... Please post more videos.
