That was a lanmark recording for me, and it totally blew me away! I searched for at least 6 months before I could even find it on vinyl or cassette (this was way before CDs came out :)
Anyway, I'll always have mad luv for Stevie and Riff! It was totally awesome to see them perform this classic jam together.

Take 6 did this song before and they can do it 100 times better than this group! Stevie always sounds good though!

It was Take 6's arrangement.
It's not like RIFF was tryiing to compete with Take 6. I'm sure they enjoyed their music and decided to sing the song.
And the mortician looking announcer did say this was impromptu, did he not?
