  • These dogs are freaking adorable

  • No lane discipline at all….these guys need work.

  • So cute. I have dachsies too.

  • Hahaha Left them in he dust!:)

  • you are so right, one of my dachshund hurt her back,I was lucky that it came back in 10 days, but the vet said it could happen very easy again. and I feel them the right amount of food and no people food .but dachshund love to run and jump and if extra wheeles keep them going, why not.I love my dachshunds and will do everything I could for them.

  • lmao the last one just wanted to do donuts

  • lmfao

  • It's amazing how fast they can fly in those carts.

  • there was fantastic !!!

I bought ny whealchair in ortocanis

  • @TheKoijotito Yeah im the retarted one. Fuck you.

  • I'm with PETA and this is cruel. All humans should be burned alive in hell and all animals are perfect in every way and I'm way smarter than all of you and other ridiculous shit like that. PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But seriously folks. These dogs would be very unhappy without their little carts. A voluntary race for these happy dogs is not cruel in any way.

  • My dachy buggered a disc in his back from falling backwards off the chair. He was paralyzed in the 2 back legs. However we read a theroy that 2 months of complete rest can cure their back, there was also the thought of an operation that was going to cost 7 grand. We tried the 2 months of complete rest. (He was in a nice roomy trolly). During the 1st month he started to so signs of walking then 2 months he was walking, 3 months he was running. It's been 10-12 months now and hes fine and happy.

  • So very precious. What a blessing they are!

  • That is about the most precious thing I have seen in awhile! I love that people don't throw away their dogs if injured but help them have a fun and fulfilling life! and that dog that crossed the finish line first was fast!

  • awww i started crying cause i felt bad for them im such a softie lol but atleast they look lik there havein fun!!

  • Weiner dogs make me gag, they are so ugly.

  • love this clip <3 don't give up !

  • awww I think it's wonderful to see disabled dogs being loved & having fun

  • @TheKoijotito how can you write that stuff!Do you have any respect for dogs?

  • @craftasticllama I do. My mother always tought me to respect my food.

  • @TheKoijotito There's nothing wrong with slaughtering an animal for food, but your methods are very inhumane.

  • @hironeden Well, you cannot make omlette without breaking a couple of eggs, can you?

  • @TheKoijotito Eggs don't feel pain. Dogs do.

  • @hironeden See, now that's where you are wrong - eggs do feel pain. Seemingly inanimate, they possess very primitive nervous system. Had eggs voice, they'd scream when you break open the shell.

  • @TheKoijotito See, that's where you are wrong. The nerve endings in the eggs membrane are unpowered by a central neural mass. The body cannot feel pain without a brain. Listen, this is going off on a tangent. Just don't torture any live animals. Just make the death quick and then roast em up.

  • @hironeden I neither have tortured live animals nor encourage others to do so. Merely suggested a few ways to acquire race cart dogs.

On a side note, roasting animals up would kill them anyway, so why waste the precious lifetime of a human being with redundant and excessive actions? Be effective.

  • @TheKoijotito "Take a meat cleaver and chop the rear legs off and quickly burn the wounds with hot metal."

"Sew or duct tape dog's legs to the body. Limbs will atrophy in a year or two, rendering them useless."

"Tie a copper wire around each leg, tighten it with plieers. Loss of blood supply will eventually make the tied members fall off."

On a side note, human live isn't precious. It's every bit as expendable as animals. You're a sick bastard if you think any of these things are ok.

  • @hironeden I admit - I am a sick bastard. Now get over it. This is the Internet. Play along.

  • @TheKoijotito These dogs are probably VERY happy bc they have the ability to be mobile with their carts. Without them they'd just lay around, or be put down. Youre sick, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THAT TO A DOG? Youre sick and rediculous.

  • @MissRachelNicole Oh yeah? Well, your retrarted

  • povere bestie

  • Lol

  • So cute! Poor little creatures! I love them no matter what the look like! <3

  • it would be cruel NOT to give them the wheels...

  • thats mean

  • @JTsuperboy For fuck sakes, have you read the other comments???? They need those to walk because the dogs are paralyzed due to ruptured discs in their backs. Because of their long backs and short legs, dachshunds are prone to back injury.

  • It is sad tough I am 10 and i have a dachshund

  • Awesome ! what great fun .... they win all the way round :)

  • this is like watchin' the special olympics.

  • @sye117 Karma is goint to come your way....CLAY is not happy with you...but he may forgive this time...MAYBE..

  • aw my dachshund was paralyzed recently, and he is on crate rest and will be for a few weeks, i know hes going to be so happy when he has a set of wheels and can run around again :) like these dogs

  • with normal racing wiener dogs it's debatable but with these dogs as long as they have the carts they are perfectly fine

  • Too cute, someone tell me how this is cruel, if they are happy, and their tales are waaaging?

  • Daschund dynamite

  • dogs are the best thing ever. its too bad (this has nothing has nothing to do with this video) but too bad that people are so fucking cruel to abuse these animals. thats goes for every animal not just dogs

  • Theyre paralyzd for chirst sake. It's not abusive!

  • dogs are roll models for humans

  • Not cruel. These dogs are paralyzed but very happy. Dogs aren't like people; they don't get depressed when bad things happen to them. They just keep on rolling (haha).....

  • cruel

  • @Pipstaaa131 You think people in wheelchairs is cruel too? Don't be such a fool. These dogs have fun, you can clearly see that. It's not cruel.

  • never saw a cartdog race

    thanks for the upload

  • is it like the dog special olympics?

  • aww....my mini dachshund had surgery and gained the use of her legs back. but i dont think i could stand to see my baby in a cart.

  • @randomunichicken Why not? If that can save him and give him back a good life? The alternative you do stand?

  • it is cruel god ppl I would never do that to my Dachshund

  • @CaitlinBlueSterling

so if its back legs got hurt, you'd just put it down?

  • @themadmallard yes i would put my dog down he would be happier in a place ware he is perfect and pain free and not having to drag his back end on the ground sorry if I was like that I would want to die

  • @CaitlinBlueSterling Too bad. there are such ignorant people in the world as yourself. Spending five minutes with one of these dogs you would see just how happy the are. As the owner of a disabled dog, we have learned about more from a dog about the will to live than any person. Maybe you feel that you'd want to die if you were in such a position. If I was as ingorant to what life truly means as you, maybe I would want someone to put me out of my "misery" also

  • @bruno5536 uh im not ignorant that's mean I was think of the dog not my self god people are soo fucking touchy sorry i have one and he is not disabled thank u he is 3 years old and is able to walk cuz I don't let him jump on to a couch or off the couch

so NO I AM NOT IGNORANT

  • @CaitlinBlueSterling Ignorance is the lack of knowledge or education. Socioeconomic research concludes that those with a lack of education feel often use profanity since their limited vocabulary and grammar do not allow them to communicate in an educated manner, hence why you feel you must use the “F” word to try and get your point across. One need not call you ignorant for your lack of intelligence to be obvious to the world. You can put your denials in big bold letters, but you fool no one.

  • @CaitlinBlueSterling By the way, jumping is not what causes these dogs to become injuries. Rather, it’s a genetic degenerative disc disease. You should take some time to educate yourself of the signs of this disease and treatment if you have a dachshund, even if you do exercise good preventive care.

  • @bruno5536 while that may be true, jumping a whole lot gives them a bigger chance to have their disk rupture. mine would jump on furniture all the time and her disk ruptured

  • Comment removed

  • @CaitlinBlueSterling lol buried in the ground such a better place haha... people these days

  • @CaitlinBlueSterling is ur dog paralyzed? if not than fuck u

  • @cooliosmyname ... U meant to say "is your WIENER paralyzed?"

    lol

  • I'm sorry but, that was a dumb question. The last time i checked I don't think they have weiner dog steeple chases for the hell of it.

  • small dogs with big spirits...admirable (sp?)

  • Rather randomly Dog carts are completely illegal in the UK :P

  • @neverfearchrisishere Only the type where a dog is pulling a cart! Not like a wheelchair style "cart". :)

  • aww, that made me really sad;[

  • aww thank you for this,

disabled doggies lead full and happy lifes great race babys!!

  • That's cute

  • why are they using carts?

I saw most of them and they had legs.

  • Due to their body length theyre prone to back problems and spinal injuries. All these dogs Im guessing are paralyzed and require the carts to move around.

  • @bobsnowboardsprod Sausage dogs have a long body, and are prone to back problems, which can partially or completly paralize their back legs, so they have these carts as a wheelchair.

  • poopy

  • I don't know why but....I really want to cry when I saw they ran out....

  • my dachsund is 6 years old...he's been jumping from furniture to furniture and we didn't prevent him from doing it despite the warnings. he ruptured his disc about half a year ago and made a full recovery in about 2 weeks with no surgery.

unfortunately he's jumping everywhere again. there's nothing we can do about it and i'd rather see him playing around and live a shorter happier life rather than seeing him walking on wheels, but that's just me :)

  • Why anybody would want a dog that's been so inbred that it has common chronic health issues is beyond me. I like mutts, or breeds that aren't overbred, such as Jack Russell Terriers.

  • that was sad i have a wiener dog to .. merry christmas wieners

  • Good for them.

  • And the winner is....driving a cart made by Eddie's Wheels for Pets!! Yay!!!

  • I know this is a dumb question but do they need those things to walk?

  • Yes, they are paralyzed due to ruptured discs in their backs. Because of their long backs and short legs, dachshunds are prone to back injury. They should never be allowed to jump off of furniture, should not regularly go up and down stairs, and need to stay at a healthy weight to help them prevent back injuries.

  • Thanks, I am seriously considering getting a dachshund. Do you have one?

  • They are good dogs,I had the miniature.

  • My miniature dasch never had that problem before he died,he was 17 and just for some reason stopped eating and died.We didnt take him to the vet because It may just have been his time to go.

He lived the longest of all the dogs we ever had.

  • @Manzreef my dachshund is almost 10 years old and has jumped up and down on furniture everyday her whole life...well from since she was able to, and she has never had any problems with her back! Maybe she´s just lucky..has a strong back..I don´t know..

  • @Manzreef really? I never knew that. it is disgraceful that this breed has been made.

  • @Manzreef LOL my dauchshund mix jumps 3ft.

  • @Manzreef yeh my weeiner dog slipped a disc in his back so we took him to the vet and thank god he was not paralyzed

  • @Manzreef Oh crap. My wiener dog is fat, jumps up and down on couches and constantly goes upstairs

  • @Manzreef

    thanks for the info! certainly

something you don't always consider when adopting a pet!

  • @Manzreef It's not their fault that they have little legs :'---(

ABEMUS CLAY!

  • @juanpe5kaka8 AMEN BROTHER!!

  • @ollieproductions1 usually with dachshunds its due to a back injury, i have 2 dachshunds and have had 3, no back problems thank goodness =) but to answer your question, yes they do, like a handicapped person with a wheel chair, that's how dogs with injuries impairing their ability to walk get around =)

  • @ollieproductions1

Doxies aren't supposed to jump off of couches, beds, or any other high place because the discs on their spines can't handle it.

  • poor weiners

  • those dogs are cute. even the one at the end!

  • hahahha

  • this was so cute!!! i have a doxie!! they are awesome dogs!

  • haha! thats funny! i have a dauchshund! but shes 15

  • Go weiners go!!!! Hearts of GOLD!!!!

  • cute!

  • the black and white won!!!! yay!!!!!!! :))))

  • hahahahahahahahahahahah the last doesn't even know what is going on .,olololololol

  • lol the last one just turns around

  • dog special olympics !

  • I LOVE THEM!!!

  • that was so cute!

  • That looks heavy

  • no, it's not cruel. These dogs are handicapped and have a little wheelchair. They have fun as long as they can. Cruel is beating them up or even leave them to die. These dogs have fun.

  • It's not cruelty. Geez, for every video that shows how to have fun for both humans and doggies, some PETA-wannabe has to comment. I'm getting sick of it.

  • @Flegan777 Well said! ;)

  • @MrAsager4 Thanks man. You know comments like those just wreck the video

  • @Flegan777 exactly.... think of people in wheelchairs playing basketball.... their just havin fun.

  • cute :))

  • I wonder what they are thinking. LOL that last one circled backwards

  • TOOO CUTE!

  • :) :) :) :)

  • :) :) :) :)
