Holy.... How do you exactly turn those capital turrets into rapid-firing AA... (actually: Anti Space Ship; ASS) , because I can't find the right file to make the adjustments.

You should use 3 memory modules instead of 2, that i7 has 3 memory channels. Second is all shiny and with a lot of bright colors, really horrible to see for me.
This is trippy as hell, i LOVE the blaster fire coming off the Zod (hateZodsstill) cruisers. The depth of field is making me sick. The rest......................... I just dont know. It feels too much like Project Sylpheed :(
Well, the over-saturated things doesn't really come from the build itself but due to my bloom setting on the launcher. I put a very high value on purpose for another mods. I'm generally not a fan of bloom, but for this, I like it. :)
@jrpatton Well, I found the firing rate of cruiser/destroyer/whatever big ship turret too low and too boring. :) I know AAA beams and flak are just great and do their jobs good enought, but I wanna more sheer power. So I customized all the Freespace 2 weaponry and other things like the speed volocity of fighters/bombers for more excitments. :) However, with this mission, I can't shoot du to the limit of textures showned in the scene.
@jrpatton There are several files you need to modify. I recommend you to create tbm files instead of editing tbl files. So you can override the native weapons without breaking the original one.
IIRC, I created 5 tbm files (ship, primary weapons, secondary weapons, turret, explosion).
Go to the Freespace wiki on hard-light for more details concerning how to create tbm files and modify weapons/ships/whatever things you want.
@MetalDestroyer77 - Thanks much for the reply. I'll check out the wiki. Ideally I want to find out how to increase the rate of fire, and decrease the damage per shot to try and maintain balance. Peace.
@Parrarraa I totally agree, the explosions, and nebulae are over-saturated, but I think it may been a side effect of the post processing algorithm or settings in the current test version rather than a conscious choice... Hopefully it'll be fixed before the release version. If you've seen the previous SCP versions, you'd know they're not like this in that regard, and have many lightning, texture, and mapping improvements over the original version.

@mieuwtje11 The adjustment can be done within tables files (tbl). You can find them into vp files. And more precisely, you have to edit weapons.tbl

@saultube44 Well in fact, I was using 6 GB on 3 modules, but my motherbord had some issue to detect the third one.

@MetalDestroyer77 - I really like the bloom on subspace enter/exit. The clipping always bugged me.
Quick question though, what's making the turret fire rapid and laser-y? Is it a specific mod? Thanks.

@HeroSwe I have to agree, ramping up saturation and adding bloom doesn't objectively improve graphics at all.
