great looking stones, what type of paint do you use, how long does a stone take to make and do you have to varnish them when finished painting?

Several coatings of paint are involved in the process... I use acrylic paint, which dries rather quickly when compared to other media... Honestly, the amount of time depends upon the stone size, and the type of design. Usually several hours are involved. Each design is different. Sometimes they take longer. Yes, I do varnish them.
