@x400exracer76x Thanks. Thats not a stupid question at all because I don't know it either. I'm guessing about 30,000 ft or so because that is where I normally cruise at.
thats awesome, but i have a question. i just got fsx, and when u do long flights like this, do u actually have to fly the full 5hours or is there any way u can like save where ur at, and continue later? cuase long flights like that would be fun but i dont have the time to do it 5hrs straight
Thanks for the comment! In FSX, you CAN fly the full real-life flight time, but you can speed it up as well. Once you have reached cruising altitude, press ALT, go to options, world or aircraft (i forgot which one) and you will see that you can speed time up by 2x, 4x, and so on. If you do this and your on an IFR flight plane, you should stay near the computer because ATC will contacct you very fast.
thanks for the help i appreciate it. one more thing, i know its confusing so its ok if u cant fully explain, but how do u download planes like the ups 747 and other commerical planes. i heard about something is weird with saving it as a certain file and such
are you in the ups virtual airline?

Did you speed up the simulation ?

@teddy96 At the time, I didn't even know that was possible, so no I didn't. I had to save the flight a couple of times, but it was cool.

Oh, and there is a way to save your flight. I believe that you press the " / " key while in flight, and it will bring you to the save menu.
