is it just me or can you get good cards insanely cheap these days? i use to collect cards from 3rd to 9th grade and if you went in a specialty shop that only sold cards a griffey rookie would be like 20 or 30 dollars this was 91-96ish. now i can go online and pick up some of my favorite players cards/rookies for 1 -10 bucks.

im glad back then even though id loved to have had it didnt beg my parents for individual cards cus some are so cheap now.

I have a large collection. When My father got sick, I went to a card shop. I had Griffey, Big Mac, Sosa, Ripkin, ect. These crooks offered me 50 dollars. I refused. The funny thing is,,,,they said that KGJ was not hitting and it was not worth anything but, I saw in the display window a KGJ priced at (not graded) $200. Go figure. Since then, I have not bought nor WILL I sell to dealers. You have a great collection and plenty of KGJs and many other treasures. Thanx for sharing!
