The island car is best thing to ever happen to Trackmania, video games, entertainment, human existence, etc... The combination of tearing ass while constantly feeling almost out of control reminds me of stupider days of driving real cars very fast. It is awesome to the max unlike youtube commenters who "hate" everything because it is "stupid".

i have recently logged on to TM and noticed that these freezone servers are like the only servers people can play without upgrading. However, in 2009 i purchased TM Sunrise for 5 bucks, and it is pretty much the exact same thing as TM United. Also, i can access any server on TM Forever, and I have not upgraded. I play on FireSpeed (my favorite server) all day, but all my friends who dont have Sunrise and haven't upgraded cannot access that sever

All im saying is having TM Sunrise might work....

@Toddles345 Trackmania Nations Forever is the normal, free game of TrackMania. It's free. The upgraded version isn't though. TrackMania United Forever is better. You can access all servers and you are able to play in multiple environments.

If I were you, I wouldn't buy United right away. I would first check out the Nations version, and maybe wait until Trackmania 2 comes out (half 2011), before purchasing anything.
