To all those commenting on the position of those in the hunt chase, when your going round a course at that speed with tight turns, position goes out the window, long as your still in the saddle or there abouts it doesnt matter! And hey nobodys perfect!

@MegaImpossibledream The jumpers weren't holding the reins correctly, they literally threw themselves around on those horses. Plus they just looked bad.

@MegaImpossibledream No sorry, I have students who have been riding less than two years that could do those jumps better than that, that was nothing more than flinging the horses around over the jumps, the amazing part was that the horses put up with it. I would not allow anyone under my care to treat a horse the way those jumpers did.

@valuedsucess Exactly! The stunt riders were obviously extremely well trained and very good riders, but the jumpers? I had better stability than that when I first started jumping. Those people are lucky to have such honest horses! Otherwise they'd never stop falling off.

@claudiaequine That's the point. The riders are supposed to do physically demanding tricks and stunts that a normal rider would simply crash to the ground doing. Yes, the horses are athletes, but so are the trick riders!

@claudiaequine I must agree with you. Even though all that matters is if you get over the jump, you should still be riding correctly. Showjumpers are only based on how fast they can get over the jumps, but they still must ride well.

Sorry for bad English.

This is just one of the proofs of how much the horses really do for us.Many have a great relationship with their horses, but as we see here is a part only jaws and whips his horses over obstacles, and then pulls them really well in the mouth. :(

from the beginning all the way to 0:14 is the worst! after it gets ripped around the bend cat leaps, it starts shaking its head...clear sign of discomfort on some level, at least thats what I think... But the trick riders are pretty awesome!!

Not only were they flapping their arms but their reins were waaaayyyy too long and they would land too far back in the saddle way too early over the jump. No need to start some stupid argument over an honest (and pretty accurate!) comment.
