No sensor mods have been done to his vehicle with the Hydroxy, as for other mods, it has an aftermarket turbo and air intake but no chip or tuning mods.
Are you using any kind of O2 sensor or Mass Airflow Sensor tweaker on the diesel?? I've gota 2009 VW TDI that I'm wanting to add HHO to and see the increase in HP and Torque as well. I can put a module on it from Diesel Power that increases the HP from 140 to 170 and the Torque from 236 to 286, but that's like $550 for the module. I wonder what the module plus HHO would do?? over 200HP and 350 torque??? That would be one bad ass Jetta!!!
I am doing snap tests and dyno tests this week hopefully an my 93 12valve. I will start at 2 lpm jump to 5 lpm, then 10 and 20 maybe even 30. My charging system can handle 25 lpm constantly.
I have only driven around on 5 lpm and the torque is much broader than stock. The 93 is real anemic down low do to a 18cm turbine housing. The hho helps produce boost down at lower rpms. My egts only change by 75 or so but I run conservative pump tuning...
We inject right before the turbo. Best place to inject due to the short travel distance to the combustion chamber. Any orrhohydrogen that may be in the mix has less time to join with another hydrogen atom prior to injection multiplying the potency of the hydroxy.
Actually thats why I asked. If you are going pre turbo it goes through IC piping, and inter-cooler itself. It has plenty of time to recombine. I am glad you got your results and I cant wait for my tests. I am injecting at the engine for 1 test and pre turbo on the other. Its quite tricky getting hho in at 25 lbs boost :) But I think I have a safe way of doing it without pressurizing cell. 10 thousand more test mile and i will show how its done. Gotta make sure its safe first.
The other thing i forgot to mention was that the EGT's were about 200 degrees cooler at their peak. This makes Hydrogen Injection the perfect addition to high output black smoke throwing diesels with over sized injectors and turbos. you can get a ridiculous amount of HP and Torque out of a diesel by forcing more and more fuel and air in the Cylinder, why not clean up the burn, get more HP and Torque AND a longer lasting cleaner engine?
Great work guys although I think that people are going to say that the test was fake. But thanks for sharing this. I hope to finish assembling my first dry cell today so I can run some tests in order to see if it has any leaks and so on.
Sure seems like the diesels like the hho more easily. Great job. Peace

Man you are on a roll with this! First the emissions, now the dyno. NICE!

I'll tell you what, you pay for the dyno time, I'll give you all the runs you want.

Very nice. Where do you inject your hho?

Kudos my friends... With this public demonstration you have just put the power back into the hands of "We the People" once again... good show!
