It's because they were. Yes, the civil war was not started over slavery. Yes, Lincoln was a butcher. But the south tried to bisect the country - an action which would have destroyed it.

The north were invaders. Southerner's were merly trying to proect their homes. How do you know a division would have been so bad? We just don't see eye-to-eye on the whole "north & south" thing... But I respect yah.

The reason we invaded is because you were sabotaging the country. Without a nationally regulated system of laws, trade would have stagnated, law enforcement would have become impossible, and we'd have ended up a massive cluster of feuding city-states like pre-WW1 Germany.
A large country meant that America did not need to import - we had farming, textiles, heavy industry, and more availible without the need to import goods. Many other countries were far less independent.

no you invaded due to money..hence taxationw/o representation, lincoln stated if we didnt have the south in the union who would pay for our government seein as the south only populated 30% of the country at the time, they paide more than 80% of the tax tarrifss...

No! No! The guy is speaking about rap music. There Nothing evil about rockabilly. Were not killing each other over a street name or a crayola color.
