Thanks for the comments - sorry about the recording. This is not ballroom jive its Modern Jive / LeRoc / Ceroc TM, is very different to Latin or Rock n Roll Jive - the timing is different. MJ is a modern dance, danced to modern (most) music. Latin Jive has limited freestyle properties compared to MJ. Some venues attract 200+ dancers every week its sociable & you can dance 30+ partners a night. Plus its a freestyle dance, Latin Jives often basic in freestyle with limted moves compared to the
700 plus moves of MJ. I dance Latin Jive as well, its more of a routine dance and part of a group of dances. MJ is by far the biggest dance in the UK because of its social & freestyle properties, easy to get started & dance, great socially and you can dance it to most music ideal for parties and clubs etc. Plus the lady has no idea of the next move so its more fun and there is always a new impressive move to learn if youre a man.
Not big in USA, but perhaps I can do something about that.

do it. Modern jive allows everybody to dance.
